Speaker Bio

Philip Mathew is the Director of ON Semiconductor’s Information Technology Project Management Office based in Phoenix, Arizona where he is responsible for Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Mergers & Acquisitions for a global IT team of 800+ people.

In this role, Philip is responsible for the annual portfolio planning process, managing the monthly portfolio intake & prioritization process, managing the resource demand vs capacity processes, and handling acquisitions or divestitures from an IT perspective.  Philip has gained significant exposure in these areas and is looking forward to sharing his experiences at the upcoming Resource Planning Summit (RPS 2020).
