Nathan Drabek, Associate Director of Portfolio and Process Excellence Bio-Rad Laboratories

Nathan Drabek is a biotechnology executive with extensive experience establishing and continuously improving project, program, portfolio and product lifecycle management business processes. Mr. Drabek has successfully created and scaled global functional, business unit and enterprise PMO's. These groups have delivered numerous new products, IT systems, cost savings initiatives and built highly-automated, greenfield factories on three continents. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Portfolio and Process Excellence with the Life Sciences Group PMO at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. where he is focused on transforming project and portfolio management business processes.
