Philip Mathew is the Director of ONSEMI’s Information Technology Project Management Office based in Scottsdale, Arizona where he is responsible for Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Mergers & Acquisitions for a global IT team of 800+ people.

In this role, Philip is responsible for the annual portfolio planning process, managing the monthly portfolio intake & prioritization process, managing the resource demand vs capacity processes, and handling acquisitions or divestitures from an IT perspective.
