Nate Bonar, Project Management Systems, B. Braun Medical

Nate Bonar is currently Manager of Project Management Systems at B. Braun Medical in Allentown ,PA where he manages Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Product Development Systems. In this role he was responsible for leading the implementation of enterprise and local project portfolio management across the corporation. Through the multiple deployments Nate has gained significant experience of both successes and failures and is looking forward to sharing his experiences at RPS 2014.
