Bio

Therese has held a range of new product development positions over her +30 year career in engineering, marketing and project management. Her focus has been on developing Industrial Automation and Power Electronic products for the past 27 years with Rockwell Automation.  Therese has lead large, multi-site, global development projects in both waterfall and Scaled Agile methodologies.   She is currently leading a Project Management Office, managing  the project management process and a team of project managers.  She also enjoys her work advocating for a Culture of Inclusion.   Therese earned her Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, and Masters of Science in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has held a PMP certification since 2005.
