As CTO of PDWare, he oversees the design and development of ResourceFirst, a top Resource Management software solution. Over his career, Paul has provided services for over 400 companies, from custom reporting and development to software training and process consulting. In this capacity, he has seen it all—project successes and failures; business efficiency and waste; good decisions and bad, and he is excited to once again speak at the Resource Planning Summit and share this information with you.
