For a company celebrating its 100th year in business, change can be hard. Managing multiple changes with competing priorities can be harder. Transitioning from a family-owned business to public company with a global presence, consolidating manufacturing operations in a highly regulated industry and experiencing unprecedented growth in new product development all challenge the organization in different ways. Managing all of these changes simultaneously requires coordination.
