Debbie Rudolph, Sr. Director of Project Management Office Tektronix

Debbie Rudolph is the Sr Director of Project Management Office for Engineering focusing on both new product introduction and value add engineering. Tektronix operates in the test and measurement space and is headquartered in Portland, Oregon.

In this role, Debbie is responsible for on time execution of both software projects and multi-year platform level projects. Tektronix (a Fortive company) is the first OpCo to pilot a Lean Portfolio Management methodology. Debbie was on the implementation team and has been training other OpCo’s on the process.
