Charles Howell, Founder and Owner OpsTempo Software

Charles Howell is the founder and owner of OpsTempo Software. This a second career for Charles after retiring from a career in healthcare information technology. Charles was the IT Director for a NW Georgia medical center and instrumental in recruiting and mentoring project managers as well as implementing PDWare. One of his many roles, Charles served as the HIPAA Security Officer for the medical center and helped build the infrastructure for enhanced cybersecurity and protection for patients. OpsTempo is an early-stage SaaS startup with a focus on using the RACI framework to gain greater clarity around roles and responsibilities in the enterprise.
