Presentation Summary
There Is No Good Project Management Without Resource Management
Organizations spend significant amount of time, resources and money implementing a PMO and project management methodologies. However, if you do not have effective project intake processes and resource management in place, your project management processes will likely be ineffective, or at minimum will not solve the problems you were hoping it would solve.
In this session you will find out why, and how to battle the constant need for balance between portfolio, resource, and project management.
